Before booking please read our terms and conditions. They include important information regarding our policies and rules. All guests must be over 18. We have a no pet policy. 

Terms and conditions

  • To secure your booking with us we require the balance to be paid in full at the checkout. The booking will be confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email containing a unique booking reference which is sent instantly when checkout has fully completed, and payment is made. 
  • Bookings are non-refundable. Subject to availability, bookings may be rescheduled to a later date. These amendments must be made a minimum of 10 days before date of arrival. If you change to another date for which a higher sum is charged, you will be required to pay the difference at the time of change.
  • We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you peace of mind if you need to cancel your stay. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation. Please note that stays cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 10 days before date of arrival due to illness (including Covid) and we strongly advise that you obtain travel insurance to cover this.
  • Booking modifications such as a reduction in length of stay for more than one night stays can only be made up to 10 days before the arrival date.
  • Requests to cancel, to reschedule or to modify a booking must be made in writing and sent to us via email. Please note bookings cannot be rescheduled/modified more than once. 
  • If additional guests arrive who are not included in the booking or if guests attempt to bring children and/or pet(s), all guests will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.
  • All group bookings are subject to approval by management. If you would like to book more than one pod, please contact us prior to booking as additional terms and conditions apply.
  • Please note we are not a destination for groups looking to party and we reserve the right to refuse entry for group bookings who do not contact us prior to arrival, and no refund will be given.
  • We are relieved of any liability should, due to circumstances beyond our control, the pod(s) become unavailable or unsuitable for letting. In such occurrences, any money paid will be reimbursed in full and the booking will be cancelled.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a government-enforced lockdown or property closure due to significant damage, guests may reschedule their stay to another available date. Our standard non-refundable policy will still apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone exhibiting antisocial or unacceptable behaviour and there will be no entitlement to a refund. If you are exhibiting this type of behaviour during your stay you will be asked to leave the property and will not be entitled to a refund. 
  • We kindly request that any complaints be made during the stay in order to give us the opportunity to rectify any problems.
  • Residents only are allowed on the site.  
  • If additional guests arrive who are not included in the booking or if guests attempt to bring children and/or pet(s), all guests will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.
  • The pods are strictly non-smoking. A charge will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking/vaping inside the pod or the hot tub. Ashtrays are provided for smoking in designated areas.
  • Candles are not permitted inside the pod.
  • No pet policy. 
  • We kindly ask that guests keep any noise to a respectable level during their stay, specifically between the hours of 10pm & 7am.
  • BBQ’s and firepits on site must be used in line with the terms of use policy detailed in the Welcome booklet provided in your pod. All guests must take full responsibility for their own safety while using these items.
  • Cooking facilities (BBQ/Microwave/Toaster) are provided. No other methods of cooking are permitted on site including gas cookers and disposable BBQs.
  • Please check the ingredients for any food provided before consumption if you have any allergy requirements. Please let us know before your stay so that we can make arrangements, if you have any allergy requirements. Please speak to a member of staff before consuming anything if you are unsure of its ingredients.
  • Access to illegal activity or use of the network for illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Guests have exclusive access to their own private hot tub. The hot tub is to be used at your own risk. Before use, guests must read and adhere to the health and safety guidelines and full list of rules which are provided on site.
  • We kindly ask our guests to refrain from entering the hot tub whilst wearing fake tan.  
  • Additional towels are provided at no extra cost for hot tub usage. 
  • The lid must be placed and secured on the hot tub when it is not in use, this includes between hot tub sessions and overnight.
  • Any damage to the property will result in a charge to the guests account to cover the damages.
  • If the pod(s) and/or hot tub(s) are left in a particularly poor condition, we reserve the right to levy an additional charge.
  • We will not accept any liability for any damage to or loss of any personal property during your stay.

We operate a self-check-in/out system. Instructions about how to access the key to your pod will be provided to you within your check-in instructions. 

When checking out, we kindly request for our guests to ensure that all lights in the pod are switched off, the door is locked and the key is returned to the Check-In box. 

Please check out our availability and send us an email with your voucher reference and the date(s) you’d like to book. Please note that the date(s) will only be secured once you receive an email from us.

Yes, each Deluxe pod has its own private hot tub with unlimited usage throughout your stay. However, we recommend taking regular breaks to rehydrate and prevent any health risks associated with prolonged periods of usage. 

Yes, you can add any optional extra packages to your booking up to 24 hours before your stay by contacting us via email. 

Yes, each pod has its own designated parking space. Please note that vehicles are parked at the guest’s own risk.

Yes, Apache Pizza in Kilkeel and Johnny Pangs Chinese in Annalong offer takeaway delivery. Please note that Johnny Pangs is closed on a Tuesday and up to date opening times for both can be found on their respective Facebook Pages.

Yes, we provide a hairdryer in each of our pods.

All of our pods are finished to the same standard and have the same amenities. A list of these can be found on ‘The Pods’ section of our website. Each pod also has its own private hot tub that is covered with a canopy for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Yes, all 3 pods are located on the same site with a view of Slieve Binnian mountain. They sit side by side and are separated by Mournes renowned granite ditches to provide maximum privacy for the duration of your stay.

     Yes, if you would like to reschedule your stay, please get in touch with our team via email (mourneluxuryglamping@gmail.com) detailing the date of your current booking and the date that you would like to reschedule to. Please check out our availability on the ‘Book Now’ section on our website to ensure that the date you would like to reschedule to is available. Please note bookings can only be rescheduled if a minimum of 10 days notice is provided and bookings cannot be rescheduled/modified more than once. 

Prices start from £160 based on 2 adults sharing for 1 night and £310 based on 2 adults sharing for 2 nights.

Sorry, unfortunately due to reasons beyond our control we are unable to have your friends or family visit you during your stay.

We advertise our pods as sleeping up to 3 adults. Our pods have a double bed and a sofa bed which is the size of a small double. On a few occasions guests have requested for 4 adults to stay and we are happy to arrange this however we like to make them aware that it’s a little cosier. Please get in touch if you would like to book the stay for 4 adults. Additional terms and conditions apply for bookings with more than 3 adults. These will be provided when you get in touch.

The BBQ area is not covered and is open to the weather. There are many restaurants and takeaways nearby, see our Explore page for more details. Each pod also has its own private hot tub that is covered with a canopy for you to enjoy through out your stay.
